ENTRO, LLC is a community based behavioral health program located in Northeast Baltimore City that services Baltimore City and surrounding counties. We offer Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Services (PRP) for Adults and Children. Substance Abuse for Adults and Minors, and Supported Employment Services.

Services

PRP Services
Our Psychiatric rehabilitation program provides prospective clients an opportunity for community participation through rehabilitative interventions. Our PRP program focuses on increasing the functioning and clients in communities of their own choice. Our PRP services includes education to teach persons served illness management skills, promotes independent living, social and interpersonal skills, and relapse prevention.

Substance Abuse
Outpatient Services are provided to clients admitted into the program up to nine (9) hours a week for adults and up to six (6) hours a week for adolescents. Services are provided by a licensed Entro counselor/social worker. Substance abuse services includes intake and assessment, treatment planning, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, collateral services, member education, medication services, crisis intervention services, case management, and discharge planning. Intensive Outpatient Services are provided to members for a minimum of nine (9) hours and a maximum of nineteen (19) hours a week for adults and a minimum of six (6) hours with a maximum of nineteen (19) hours a week for adolescents), when determined to be medically necessary and in accordance with an individualized treatment plan. Services can be provided by a licensed professional or a registered/certified counselor. IOP includes the same components as outpatient services. The increased number of hours of service is the main difference.

Supported Employment
Our Supported Employment services include a variety of supports to help program participants to identify career and employment interest, as well as to find and keep a job. This includes individualized job development and placement, on-the-job training in work and work-related skills, facilitation of natural supports in the workplace, ongoing support and monitoring of the individual's performance on the job, training in related skills needed to obtain and retain employment such as using community resources and public transportation.
